Thank you for choosing Vellic Labs. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Domestic Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Currently, we are focused on serving the United States market.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier factors outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Vellic Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@velliclabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
