The Vellic Guarantee

We accept returns on all unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of wellness and dietary products, we cannot accept returns on opened containers for safety and hygiene reasons.

  3. Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original, sealed condition, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@velliclabs.com immediately upon arrival. We will prioritize a replacement or resolution for you right away at no additional cost.
